Module 1 – The Coaching Framework.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Module 2 – The Coaching Environment.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

LO3 Summarise listening skills and how they benefit the counsellor.

Module 3 – The Coaching Environment.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Describe the skills that are essential to establishing a client/counsellor relationship.

Investigate how counsellors control the tone of proceedings including
‘objective signposts’ that help guide the counselling process.

Module 4 – The Coaching Environment.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Module 8 – Career Coaching.

Module 9 – Relationship Coaching.

Module 10 – Time Management Coaching.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Introduce the five categories a task that needs to be performed may be broken down to.

Module 18 – Self Esteem.
