Module 1 – The Nature of Law.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

LO1 Summarise the importance of law
LO2   Discuss the principle sources of law in Britain
LO3   Identify the courts and other bodies that have been established to resolve disputes
LO4   Identify the personnel who are to be found in the legal system
 
Module 2 – Legal Relationships.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:
  Learning Outcome
LO1 Define the term “legal relationships” and discuss the range of these relationships
LO2   Summarise the characteristics of sole traders and partnerships
LO3   Discuss the elements involved in the formation of a company
LO4   List the factors that deal with the managing of a company
 
Module 3 – Business Contracts.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

LO1 Explain the process of making a contract
LO2   List the things that could possible go wrong during the making of a contract
LO3   List and explain the contractual terms mentioned in this unit
LO4   Explain the various ways in which contracts can be discharged
 
Module 4 – Non-Contractual Obligations of the Seller/Producer.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:
