Module 2 - The Basic Principles of Management.

Module 4 - Guest House Finances.

Module 5 - Legal Aspects of Guest Houses.

LO2   List 3 types of ownership, giving details of each
LO3   Identify regulations that have to be considered and requirements of bedrooms and bathrooms
 

Module 6 - Guest House Decor and Equipment.
